Is there any effect of levamisole concentration in TLC ?

According to the USP monograph of levamisole tablet chromatography impurity through TLC, I couldn't find out the spot for standard solution B. Is it common for the low concentration (0.12mg/mL) of the standard solution? For standard solution A, the concentration is 2.4mg/mL. 20mg/mL and 2mg/mL are respectively for Test solution A and Test solution B whose spots are visible under UV light.
