I have a glassware for electrochemical experiment. The thing is I'll use it for KOH electorlyte, and thus it should be protected. Is there any easy way to coat thin transparent Teflon (PTFE) in lab?
i carried experiments in 1985 - i used pyrax glass to handle 6MNaOH+1MKOH-
nothing happened upto 90C
Hello Dowon,
have you already figure out this problem?
I recently wanna do the same thing like you to coat PTFE, and I find it's difficult to solve it in perfluorination solvent.
Can you give me some advice?
I have try Teflon AF 1600 and solvent like FC-40, FC-77, FC-3282.
