Could you please provide any link or document available explaining about the CAM and CRANK ECU synchronising pattern and the ignition and injection angle of a cylinder.
As far as I know there is no standard pattern of synchronizing Cam and Crank for any given two engines. However there are some similar patterns for all engines in terms of IVO,IVC, EVO, EVC. The Cam profile also differ from one engine to another, depending on whether they are design more for power or fuel economy or anywhere in between.
