Ofcourse there is a difference between higher and lower doses because it will affect pharmakokinetic (also pharmakodynamic) parameters ADME throghout its direct elevation of plasma concentration of that drug.
Of course, there is a close relationship between dose and pharmacokinetic parameters.ex half life , elimination rate , maximum concentration etc..
In medicine, some medications are administered at a high dose, especially when starting treatment to reach the desired concentration in the blood. But does not change the amount of medication eliminated 1/2t.
if the 1/2t. change with the dose that means the is no toxicity
