Probably only one way is available now in www.fda.gov, its searching by drug name, active ingredient or application number:

maybe by searching labels its will be possible and labeling full text search

https://nctr-crs.fda.gov/fdalabel/ui/search

The FDA publishes the Orange Book of approved medications. It can be found at https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cder/ob/index.cfm . However, this does not contain biologicals. These can be found in the Purple Book at https://purplebooksearch.fda.gov/
