we performed physico chemical analysis of water for 14 parameters for 11 seasons we wish to perform PCA using MATLAB. is there any consultancy or service provider available for this?
I suggest that you look at the following book, where the pca matlab implementation is quite well described: Martinez Exploratory data analysis using matlab
It would be a lot easier to use a more traditional stats package like R, SAS, SPSS, Stata, etc. (R is free and has lots of documentation on their web site.)
Maybe you should apply Scilab. It works similarly as Matlab, but it is free. There you can then conduct the Martinez code (program languages are very similar). Otherwise, the R is also good option, but it can be more complicated for the beginner.
Sci lab or Matlab,as far as I know require certain codes to be written while going for the solution.However,there is a software known as minitab which can perform the same with a few clicks of mouse.A free version of the same can be downloaded and put to use for a month.
