I work on MRI contrast agents. As we all know, we measure the TD-NMR relaxivity of water solution of our prepared samples to determine their efficacy for MRI contrast enhancement. Again, we do biocompatibility assay to know up to which concentration the solution of that particular sample can be used on living organisms. I want to know whether it is necessary that the maximum concentration we take during relaxivity studies should be somewhere near the maximum concentration up to which the sample solution is biocompatible.
