Some people believe that world is passing through a transition in terms of climate change. All over the globe climate is changing and it may affect our environment at a large scale. But is there any concrete proof of this change and its impacts or it is just a notion because nature on the other hand is much stronger than that of human doings and disturbances which they cause, and maintains the environmental balance. Thus research based scientific answer of the question with solid proof is required.
Dear Asad, some evidences of erratic rains in tropics abound to support the occurrence of climate change. To some extent these excessive rains comes with the hope of good harvest however, at extreme cases flooding sets in with consequences of infrastructural damages as well crop lost and destruction.

Absolute prove is impossible, we have only one earth and can therefore not setup a control experiment to see what happens with a earth were the GHG did not increase. But we can do is use some observations supported by calculations that can support this notion of climate change:
1) do GHG heat the atmosphere; Arrhenius, receiver of the nobel prize in 1903: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Svante_Arrhenius
was the first to show (from fysical chemistry principes) that CO2 heated the atmosphere.
2) We can use longterm climate records (measurements). If you take data and you calculates al kind of indicators (equally with respect of positive and negative signs) you will clearly see that these data in time tend to show more and more positive signs and less negative
3) if you build a model of the atmosphere and oceans ( done by various research groups and even student can build a simple model) you can compare the results with the observations, leaving out the CO2 will lead to big differences with observations ( natural we had already 280 ppm, we added 130 ppm based on concrete measurements), also you can only explain the increase in CO2 concentrations from emissions if you assume that about half is dissolved in the oceans (a fact you can measure and due to the fact that CO2 is acid you can observe a drop in PH in the oceans). If you can calculate well in the range from 280-410 ppm you can have some confidence that modest extrapolation (up to 700 ppm) will work well beyond that the uncertainty in the results will increase.
4) a lot of research is done on feedbacks and resilience, the ocean feedback is one of them, increased amount of biomass another, but we are coming near to double the natural amount of CO2 in atmosphere (280 with 130 added). 5) in general I don't believe that you have to prove beyond any doubt a possible risk that can be mitigation with a modest effort, it is like a fire insurance better safe than sorry.

uneven rainfall, extreme drought and tsunami events, increased intensity of flood, decrease in biodiversity, forest loss, drying of water bodies and rivers, increase in land surface and air temperature etc. among others, indicate climate change impact. you can find them in various literature.
The changes in the weather & rainfall patterns are a clear indication.
Yes there is a climate change over the globe. As the variables are increasing day by day it is difficult to give a conservative proof. Although Global Warming and the Ozone Layer are examples.
