I feel pained to see false information furnished by faculty members of even prestigious universities like University of Sheffield and University of Delhi on their University/Institute’s website. Many top (?) researchers/professors plagiarize the work of others and some are even training students and post-docs to plagiarize works of others. Candidates, who managed to get first rank and gold medal (against rules) through illegitimate activities, which include severe plagiarism of published works manages to get job in the University of Sheffield. It looks that the concerned officials of these prestigious universities are encouraging dishonest activities in science and society. I believe that there should be an international forum to curtail such practices and severely punish individuals involved in such illicit activities. Can someone let me know of any international forum that looks into such malpractices of individuals?
