I have to design timber roof truss for hilly region of Nepal. Is there any design procedure/ guideline/calculation for timber roof truss design ? Generally, Indian and Nepal standard is used in Nepal.
I also attached sample of roof truss, which i have to design herewith. Please help to find a design.

I would use "Eurocode 5: Design of timber structures". You should read "Part 1-1: General-Common rules and rules for buildings". But of course, that it used in Europe and I am not sure if you are allowed to use it in Nepal.
In general, you can use a simple approach to design such a roof. First, you select the wood material to use, then the sections (pre-selection). After calculating Area A and moment of intertia I for every section, you can model the roof as a frame (or a truss) and use a simple analysis program to take the results. If you use the truss approach then only the Area property of the section is needed. If you use the frame approach, you will need also the moment of inertia. In most cases, the truss approach is fine and rather simple (every member is pinned at connections).
After taking the analysis results, you can use simple formulas based on stresses to check if the selected sections have the required strength for the design.
Section 5.4.2 of Eurocode 5-1-1 has details on designing such structures as frames/trusses. You can give it a look.

In India for design of Timber Structures we use IS 883: Design of Structural Timber In Building -Code of Practice by Bureau of Indian Standards.
Cross section of members may be circular, rectangular or square timber log. One can easily calculate the geometrical properties like area, Moment of Inertia, section modulus etc. Secondly elastic modulus and density of timber can be available in books/ online. Truss members are design for axial load i.e compression/tension only. SO with this one can easily calculate the stresses and check the same w.r.t permissible limits given in code.
Deflections of chord members also can be calculated in similar way.
