You need to acquire the signal from these two sensors and process them to get the blood pressure points.

Generally, the digital sphygmomanometers do not provide raw data to acquire. Actually you might be aware that the raw data needs lots of processing by software to estimate systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The kind of variations occur in the raw has hardly notable variations. My suggestion will also be the same to use the pressure sensor output and acquire directly either by controller or data acquisition system. You really do not need fast DAQ system so any low cost will suffice. The point need to care is the resolution.

Personally I would like to suggest not to open the device rather you can use T connector outside and attach your another similar sensor and use it for your purpose. It should not affect the functionality of the NIBP device.

You can record the raw data separately into the PC with the help of on board device e.g. raspberry pi and microcontroller based different development boards using serial, Bluetooth as well as on board Wi-Fi modules which is easily available in the market. Further, you can use this raw data as per your application e.g. processing, BP calculation, signal conditioning etc.
