I agree. Time is the greatest fascination of my life. However, maybe look at it from this side: If time accelerates, also the conduction of chemical and electrical signals in our brain speeds up. So can we feel it? And if time is quantized, can we feel it? The question is whether it is a philosophical or a technical issue.
I think that the issue is more complicated as we can see, it may be related to our brains and how many are our obligations or maybe from the differences in the perception of time from one to another. On another side, it may be related to changes in our universe. So the issue is larger than to be philosophical or technical.
