Hello all,

I was wondering if there is a method/protocol to make a macroscopic mold using any hydrogel material (gelatin, chitosan, alginate, etc). We are trying to make artificial tissue to do a fluorescence study and practice for image-guided surgery (locate the fluorescent tumor and resect) before moving on to in vivo studies.

It would be great if there is an established methodology we can follow.
