This depends on the bacteria you are looking for. The most practical is to amplify the 16S gene by PCR endpoint, send the amplified to sequencing and enter the sequence in Blastn.
Or you can look for papers that mention the primers of a gene that only has the bacteria you are looking for. For example, the Staphylococcus aureus spa gene.
