Is there an appropriate method to combine speed and accuracy in Animal Stroop task?

I have conducted a study with 357 participants. The Animal Stroop test has been administered to evaluate Inhibitory Control. I was wondering if there is a method for combining Accuracy and Reaction Time that can accurately give me the accuracy/speed trade-off. I have considered using several methods (e.g., IES, LISAS, BIS) but I can't come to a conclusion on which one is appropriate since they all have weaknesses. Any suggestions?
