Is someone familiar with a way to plot survival curves for a model created with the coxme function?
(i.e. ggsurvplot but for coxme objects instead of coxph objects)
I am relatively new to survival analysis so correct me if I am misunderstanding something. I know it is more complex because the "frailty" (i.e. the random effect) modifies the baseline hazard function, but is there a way to for example produce a "predicted" survival curve?

I googled for answers to my question before asking here. The hits given by google are for coxph models (i.e. only fixed effects), however, what I am looking for is a solution to plot a mixed effect cox model (which in my case is an r object of the type coxme and not coxph). If I have missed a way obtained through the google search, please point it out to me.
I would also be grateful for a way to just extract the predicted survival per event from the coxme object so I could plot it myself.

and Melina Castano,Sorry for the delay and that I have to disappoint you. I wasn´t able to solve the problem. I ended up basically just plotting raw data (of course declaring it as such) using the survfit function from the survival package. Then I just extracted the surviving fraction for each treatment combination and plotted it with ggplot. I hope this also works in your case.
