I am working on a Capstone Project about trust and increasing performance (both individual and team) and need a validated survey to conduct my quantitative analysis. Does anyone know of a validated performance survey for an organization?
Dear Jessica Sona you can solve it in many ways. Well, you come up with a questionnaire that covers all the constructs of performance. if you need help to construct questionnaire variable and items then look for emerald or google search engine.
Then you can use AMOS or PLS. Both will give you reliability and validity. Also, you find beta and composite reliability. If you need further help ask me again.
