In this paper the author say in Table (1) line outage no (12) is between buses(1&27) but for IEEE 30 bus there is no connection between bus 1&27. How is that possible?

There is no connection between bus 1 and bus 27 in IEEE 30 bus network in the original network. Perhaps, the authors have renumbered the buses and changed the order of the numbering in their paper, such that buses 1 and 27 are different from the original bus numbers. In my paper attached, I've also followed a numbering order that allows generators to be numbered first, before load buses.
