Is there a study for different noise environments and the effect of increasing No. of antennas in MIMO sys in course of mitigation of these noises?
As no of antenna increases, it will have narrower beam. Assuming receiver antenna, 1)it will receive less noise as intercepted area is smaller 2) reception can be oriented in the direction of less noise

Each antenna will capture/observe the same amount of noise, since it is something that is caused within the receive, so the total noise increases but if you process the received signals to reinforce the desired signal the you can still suppress the effective noise power inversely proportional to the number of antennas. It is a basic estimation theoretic result. More observations over an unknown signal lead to an error that decays inversely proportional to the number of observations.
