Is there a specific time daily by your university for undergraduate students determines the study?
The question is not so clear but if I can get the idea, I will say the timetable for teaching is fixed from the start of a semester during which student and lecturer can demand for adjustment, after that no one has absolute power to change when approved except by mutual understanding between the parties involved.
