You might want to look at isoelectric focussing where the proteins move to their isoelectric point and then stop moving. Good for separation and also for concentrating the individual proteins

There is no special protocol for serum proteins SDS-PAGE. SDS-PAGE is performed similarly with all samples but may involve slight modifications. If you can shed more light on your requirements maybe I'll be able to help you.
