Hi everyone,

I am currently trying to establish an assay based on the oxidation of isolated human mitochondrial DNA. I have been trying to isolate the mtDNA myself, and oxidize it afterwards, however this procedure has yielded too low amounts of mtDNA. Does anybody know if, and where, I could possibly purchase isolated human mtDNA (if possible, already oxidated)?
