I tried to isolate 30 Aspergillus spp. from maize using Coconut Agar Medium (CAM) and Yeast Extract Sucrose agar (YES) and observed under UV light (365nm), but I didn't see any green or blue color. I have seen it a brown color in all isolates. Is there a possibility that it doesn't contain a toxin?
