Nobody knows of course. We can only speculate that the constitution of matter may be roughly the same elsewhere, and consequently, the laws of Nature.
The speed of light may be quite different in other parts of our own universe as well, or maybe even outside out solar system, but we don't have evidence yet.
The value of the gravitational constant may be different as well from star to star, as the empirical evidence of the dynamics of the sun show in the annexed paper. The link between Newton's gravity, the sun's spin frequency and the process of gravitational attraction seems to prove that.
