I am looking for a document that summarises mathematical results for optimisation techniques : steepest descent, newton and quasi-Newton, their convergence speed in different settings (Lipchitz-continuous gradient, convex, strongly convex). I have Nocedal books but I am not very happy with the way the results are compiled.
Any recommendation ?

There's J A Fessler's "book in progress" Image reconstruction: Algorithms and analysis. It's on his website, but apparently still in progress. Maybe you're looking for a more easily citeable work.
