Is there a modified version of SCS CN model for estimation of runoff that needs real amount (m3/m3) of antecedent soil moisture? If you know any other empirical model that needs real amount of antecedent soil moisture as an input data, please inform me about it.

We made a lot of work on that. I just reccommend you our last two papers (see attached links) on this topic where you can find also the references to previous studies.
On the papers it is described a simple approach that allows you to directly use soil moisture observations in flood modelling incorportating SCS-CN method.
