We are synthesizing small organic molecules as potential NS5A inhibitors. we are looking for partners for testing in replicon assays against different genotypes in Huh-7. We need to determine  EC50, EC90, CC50 and hence SI50 and SI90 for teh respective compounds. We can not pay for the labor or cost, nevertheless the academic outcome will be shared.
