These are non-enveloped viruses and thus are relatively resistant to freezing. You should include glycerol to reduce denaturation.

Ostreococcus virus. I have been told that glycerol and DMSO both work so I'll try them. I just wanted to check whether anyone else has a protocol that they know works and that they use. Thanks!
