Is there a good protocol to generate anti-idiotypic murine antibodies?

We are interested in examining the effects of anti-idiotypic antibodies in the alloimmune response. For antibodies generated between mouse strains, is there a good way to generate anti-idiotypic antibodies and purify them?

Hi Steven,

We torelerized rats against murine Ig and immunized the afterwards with the mAbs. The Immunization protocol should be outlined in the attached publication.
