I need to observe damage of microvilli by fluorescent microscopy, is there commercial product for that purpose? Is there a protocols for that purpose?

if you need use positive marker for this cell , you can use this fluorescent marker
1-AVP induces microvilli formation and F-actin redistribution in rat .
2- Green fluorescence protein (GFP) positive .

In my previous research with pig kidney epithelial cells we used phalloidin ( a marker for F-actin) to stain the F-actin cytoskeletal framework of the microvilli. It was sufficient to allow me to qualitatively distinguish between damaged/undamaged microvilli, and to note gross differences in length or number of microvilli/cell.
