I performed my total ROS experiments with 2′,7′-Dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (DCFH-DA). Can I perform the rest of my ROS experiments in the lab with 2′,7′-Dichlorofluorescein diacetate (DCFHDA) (2 Hydrogen missing) (for the same study)? Both of these chemicals are used to determine ROS but I am not sure if they do exactly the same job.
