In a article, zeolite and its graphene additive compozites was examined. In adsorption tests, zeolite has higher adsorption uptake (g.g-1 ) value than its compozite. Thats okey. Because it has more pores and higher surface area. However, zeolite has lower volumetric adsorption uptake (g.m-3) than zeolite-graphene compozite. I can not make sense of it. Thanks in advance..

Irmak su Ökten, Apparently the composite has a lower density and therefore one gram of it will have a greater volume. So we are relating a larger adsorbed mass, but perhaps, to a larger volume.Therefore, the proportion between the two uptakes is subject to change. In a word, the volume ratio of both adsorbents is greater than the ratio of adsorbed masses.
