@Dr Murugesan Muthu , Sir may I know what is the principle behind the colorimetric assay that you suggested? 

I think colorimetric analysis is not possible because they don't absorbe  in UV at least they have many conjugate double bond. The others way is to derivative to an ester compound or use HPLC with refraction index as detector.
