Referring to brown carbon (BrC) behavior in photo chemical aging. I found some journals taking about the photo chemical bleaching of BrC during aging. I am curious about whether there is change of SOA formation during such event or not.

There is always SOA formation and photo-bleaching is one mechanism by which SOA is formed. Other mechanisms include evaporation and oxidation. A separate question is if the net effect of SOA and all the other evolution leads to an increase in the amount of aerosol.
