Is their any report of charcoal rot of soybean is due to the conidia of Macrophomina?

As we know that the Macrophomina is the pycnidial stage of charcoal rot pathogen.

I exactly want to know where this pycnidial stage lies in field condition.

I willbe very thankfull if you clearify my dot.

Please concentrate on Soybean plant only.
