I am planing work as an independent researcher after completion of my Ph.D programme. But I don't know how to write and which organization are funding for scientific project.

There are number of funding agencies such as DST, CSIR, UGC, DBT MOEF (In India) fund for research projects. Visit the web sites of these and down load the format for submission of projects. follow the guidelines.
Depending on the significance of the project you will be called for presentation and award the grant.
Identification of current/thrust area of research is very important. Just follow the extension of your Ph.D. work as research project to begin with. Identify the objectives and out come of the work. based on these you can submit the project through proper channel.
If you are already employee the University/institute it is to submit the project.
Or else you should try for PDF (UGC/DBT) with independent project/DST Fast Track Project/others.
