Yes, I believe that the universe is governed. I think several arguments, including the Leibnizian cosmological argument, the kalam cosmological argument, the fine-tuning argument, the axiological (moral) argument, the argument for the applicability of mathematics, and the ontological argument, prove that God indeed exists. That gives the universe hope that God will intervene by transforming the universe and turning it into the new heavens and new earth.

All natural creations from the plants to the man seem to be natural and the governing factor not seen. Similarly all man made creations which have no life once created stands till it decays or fails in the environment. The man or woman born also is left to its natural course of life and death.

Socities, cities and countries are however man made and governed by individual groups unconnected with each other during formation but cooperate and coordinate when once formed. Similarly there is an order in the plant and animal kingdoms.

Is there an overall order and governance is the question.

How far is religion right in its ways on this governance wheras every religion agree on the concept that the individual soul is connected to the universal spirit and is the controlling factor. Then the world as a whole with these individuals should also be governed by the Unknown Spirit or Consciousness. How? Can we throw some light?

The Universe is governed by a supreme invisible power (GOD) that can't be understood by us at least in this life.

Humans strive for happiness and well being in order to blow meaning into their lives making it purposeful and tolerable. There are those who believe that the universe is rule governed and our destiny lies in the hands of God. By contrast, there are people who assume that their meaningless, accidental existence can be changed by their own efforts. They claim that we determine our own destiny and happiness. Surprisingly, each group presents powerful evidential bases to support its position. This reminds us of a poem by Robert Frost:

Some say the world will end in fire, Some say in ice. From what I’ve tasted of desire I hold with those who favor fire. But if it had to perish twice, I think I know enough of hate To say that for destruction ice Is also great And would suffice.

On this basis, in spite of multiple ideologies on the philosophy of existence, I am of the opinion that we should follow the universal reciprocity principle to make the world a better place for all people with different cultures, value systems, and ideologies.

Most of the basic things related to the source of life, consciousness,various forms of matter and living beings and its ways, diversity and unimaginable ways of sustenance and so many more, all of which keeps man tongue tied and one does not know what intelligence had been the sour e behind all above mentioned things.

The study of individual species including man is being conducted very scientifically as defined by man and seems to be way one can understand more. Will this really lead to the understanding of the macrocosm and its ways?

All those existing and seen is from the minds of all living beings. How was the transition from the seemingly inert universe led to life and is done on a very selective basis in the heavenly bodies. Concepts like gravity, electromagnetic waves, light year distances and the vast universe is still eluding our understanding.

Is the mind the cause of understanding and visualisation an elusive entity hold the key to a global insight? Is religion directing us in the right direction where science seems to fail or gets limited?
