Ahmad Saad Ahmad Al-Dafrawi at least in the Anglo-Saxon world, the term "drug" may refer to any kind of chemical substance that is used in medicine. PEDs are substances classified as performance enhancing, which is quite different. As an example, NSAIDS are drugs but, as of now, are not classified as PEDs.
