I'm inclined to think that the answer is YES! There is literature to suggest that the redox potential of water is pH dependent. Electrolyzed reduced water is commercially available, but it's very difficult to cut-thru all of the marketing hype, to better understand its physical properties. This is just a single example of where a "not-for-profit" health paradigm would facilitate further scientific research, in this important area (biological water).
