Dear Friends, the 125th finding in my TOU (Theory of Universality) is that : the speed of formation of the Cosmos is 2.49537 x 10^20 m/s (taking the radius of the Cosmos 133.64 x 14 x 140 Billion Trillion Light Years and considering the time for formation of the cosmos is 311.04 Trillion Years). Again, calculating the total space-mass released by the Central Black Hole and calculating the rate at which the space-mass is released from the Central Black Hole = u^2 (c'')^2/c^3 , we get the rate of cosmos formation as 2.93787 x 10^20 m/s. Both agree. To be published in the next Annexure.
