We could easily conclude, by simple observation, that where LIFE is present an enormous number of events occur. This results to the production of numerous entities that are physically (quantum) entangled and form a strongly coordinated set of entities that is exceptionally fine-tuned and capable to adapt itself to ever differing environment.

Because physical entanglement is the most effective (known) way to exchange information between constitutes of a system, it is no questionable why Nature has used this mechanism to construct its coordinating/resonating network within live organism. The continuous splitting/production of new constituents (biomolecules) is the best way to preserve the strongest possible entanglement-bonds within the system (organism). This is a possible explanation of the - otherwise - inexplicable "waste", due to the great rate of replacing all biomolecules before the failure of their function.
