I do strongly agree with Mohammad Ayesh. Usually human dead bodies are either deeply buried or burnt. In either cases, canine animals (definitive host) can not get access to a viscera infected with E. granulosus, carnivores do not get infected from infected humans (intermediate hosts) and eventually infected humans becomes the dead-end!
