Is the level of RNA methylation correlated with the level of DNA methylation?

Is level of RNA methylation correlated with level of DNA methylation? Are there some enzymes participating in both? In vertebrates, is CpG also the site for RNA methylation?

For DNA methylation, what is the difference in the level of methylation among different human populations or among major mammalian taxa?
