Could this communal behavior being a vector for mucosal to mucosal transmission of HPV account for the increased risk?

I am aware, compared to cigarette smoking cannabis users opt for a card cylinder resulting in greater insult to the lungs but isn't this more likely to exhibit as emphysema?
