I think is fine. I'd used Google Forms before as survey method to collect primary data for few hundreds of samples without any problem. The data will be kept as spreadsheet that you can import into your statistical tools for data analyses. Moreover, your respondents are involved in e-commerce that make sense to use online survey like Google Forms. Wishing you all the best.
I think Google form is flexible enough for such a need. We use the LimeSurvey tool in my university. I have used SurveyGizmo before and it is also cool. It depends on what you are most comfortable with.
Yes, Google Forms are very useful for such survey. I use this tool very often. It is simple, free of charge, results are saved in spreadsheet, charts are created, etc.
Yes Phani... I agree with the comments made by Anton Nedyalkov... anyway Google form is a good tool to start with... these forms are very easy to create and it avoids the hassle and time taken to develop and test such application through assistance of a computer programmer...
yes, google form is the best. Google Forms should provide quick approach to develop an online questionnaire, gathering replies in an online worksheet. Create your survey, and send an email to the respondents. And Google Forms is free.
Yes Mr Phani Bhaskar Pasumarthy, for collecting primary data in current conditions of COVID 19 pandemic, when we can connect respondents personally, google form spreadsheet with pie chart representation is the best option.
