Hi, they are asking for money after sending the CV. A message came to me to be an editorial board member through WhatsApp and an email and after sending my CV they asked for money for which I refused their proposal. So be careful for such type of group.

I think this is not a publisher, but some kind of (consultancy) company that claims to provide services to get your paper published in for example Scopus indexed journals.
Besides the vague description of what they are really doing I see:
-Dubious contact info (https://www.edwinincorp.com/about-us ), for example 101 Independence Avenue SE Washington, DC 20540-4284 which corresponds to the Library of Congress…
-Looking at the list of journals https://www.edwinincorp.com/jounals-list it is a pointless summary of titles. It is simply not how it works; they have and cannot have a special collaboration with journals. More strongly journals basically prohibit that you publish through some kind of publishing agency
-If I scroll to their summary of titles of which they claim to be Scopus indexed, I found:
