Graduate attributes refer to a set of skills, capabilities and dispositions that are highly valued both in a university community and by industry, and this notion has been introduced into and used by Australian higher education providers for a long time to correspond to the economic transition of the world. Chinese government has also complied with the global economic trend and introduced the concept of Quality Education, the aim of which is to prepare students for future employment and workforce needs.

However, barely could I find any information on Chinese universities' websites or available documents about the detailed requirement of quality education. If we just equal quality education to the development of graduate attributes, is it missing from Chinese higher education agenda?
