Dear colleagues,

I find, in most articles, that they use the Aleksandrov medium for screening bacteria solubilizing potassium. But this Medium contains also insoluble phosphate (Ca3 (PO4))2, indeed, the clear aureole that appears around bacteria can be result also of phosphate solubilisation and not only of potassium solubilisation which we search for.
