I have uploaded my work on ResearchGate, but it currently shows 0 citations. I would like to confirm whether my work genuinely has no citations or if there might be an issue with the citation tracking/loading feature on the platform. Could someone explain how this feature works and how I can ensure it's accurate?
I just checked your profile, e.g. the second one of your featured research is with the "International Journal of Research Publication and Reviews". This has been found to check many boxes for a predatory journal:

So, even if articles in it are legitimate research, people will ignore them because trying to prove a point by citing such a journal will be considered weakening, not strengthening somebody's point.
Sorry if you've wasted good material on a bad publisher.

Assuming you have published in a Journal with CrossRef, you can simply open the publication on the website of the journal; there should be some slider or link to the "cited by" list. Since your profile indicates your in the biomedical field, PubMed might also be an aggregator, but as a physicochemist I have never used it which means I can't give advice, but you should definitely check there.
