Is the averaging plot of load-displacement graph is acceptable as the standard deviation of three samples of same specimen is high?

Hello everyone. I have three concrete prisms of the same size and obtained the load-displacement curve of three samples, but the standard deviation is 6.55..i plotted the average graph out of three curves . I want to know whether the average curve gives different meanings or acceptable to draw the average curve?
